KICKSTART (delivered in partnership with Police Scotland, the Scottish Fire and  Rescue and the Scottish Ambulance Service).

Supported by the Barrack Charitable Trust

Denis Law’s Kick Start works in partnership with Early Intervention Officers. We deliver activities into local primary schools where there are youths who are identified as ‘at risk of offending’. We then signpost current Streetsport sessions and involve them within their local communities in an effort to reduce the potential impact of offending.

Kickstart activities are based around early intervention and establishing positive relationships with the emergency services at an early age.  Our activities are aimed at supporting & empowering young people to be confident, capable, independent and responsible citizens within their own communities.

We aim to work with and help develop young people into role models with high aspirations of achieving a positive destination in life.

We currently operate within a number of primary schools including Walker Road, Riverbank, Tullos, Seaton, Quarryhill, Bramble Brae, Manor Park, Hanover Street.

Thanks to the Barrack Charitable Trust we have helped make a lasting and positive impact within a number of communities.
